1 and 2: I didn't find such info on official help pages.
3) Does it mean that COMODO can not solve this task - to prohibit reading a file by an app and at the same time allow this app to update itself? Can it be a suggestion for improvement?

I have windows 10 CIS 10.2 and just installed comodo secure shopping.  I also have comodo dome shield installed.

cmgadent.exe not letting me safely remove external hard drive

So if I try to eject the drive from the notification area in Windows 10, I get the message that the drive is being used by another device.
So I downloaded and installed "USB Safely Remove" and it tells me that this process using the drive is "cmdagent....

Your observation is right. Umesh is leaving Comodo, his last work day was September 7,  and will start working for another company. Shane will be taking his place.

It woudnt be bad if Shane officially write something, since Melih is fastly disappearing after Comodo's acquisition and Umesh leaving in silence....

Hello, but does web protection (I find malicious sites and phishing) really work?
In the accessibility settings there is the possibility to activate it, so COMODO Mobile Security should protect against malicious sites, but I am not very sure.

It's a long time 'bug'  where if the drive is plugged in after startup, everything works as intended. If already plugged in on startup, then this problem can arise

Yeah, I think You are right - web protection doesn't seem work correctly. I'm not 100% sure, but it doesn't look like it's working.
