I have been using the 8.x Comodo DNS for 5+ years. About a month ago (April 20180), I couldn't update anything in Google Play Store. I tried everything on the help forums I could find. Nothing worked.

I click as following:
1. First page: => Click "Log" (Attached 1 P.JPG)
2. Select : View Log : "AntiVirus Event" (Attached 3 P.JPG)
3. Nothing in the "Show Antivirus Events Log" page (Attached 4 P.JPG)

But in earlier versions at this was not the case. I never had verbose mode on, as it was too annoying (like programs accessing ConnectionSetting registry keys - with verbose mode you had to click like 50x, without it only once).

When you open the logs it defaults to showing 'today' events, you would need to change filter by date & time to no filtering to see all events from all time.

For now I fixed problem by the re-installation. But I will do if it would fail again.

Hi !

Sometimes it happens when I restart or shut down my computer I hear the sound of the alert window but cannot see it.

Thanks for checking.
Can you also please check C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\wpTemp\cavsedb folder. Are there any files? If yes, delete them and check again updates.
